Several classes made eclipse viewing devices as students stepped outside Monday to witness the world event. The pathway gave BHS a view with about 78.2 percent coverage. Students also used index cards to create pinhole viewers, as well as certified eclipse glasses to mark the occasion. The next total solar eclipse will take place in the US on August 23, 2044, in time for the senior class’ 2o year reunion.
