“So race cars are pure stock. It’s got a small block 350 in there. It weighs like 200 pounds, which is okay. It’s not very fast. It has a really bad overheating problem and we have to move the fan shroud and the radiator if we’re doing bodywork on it. We cut out the actual quarter panel and instead put an aluminum sheet on there. That’s like $5,000 off the car’s price. There’s no interior. It’s worth about $20. I don’t race; my brother-in-law does. I just help him with dirt racing in Lancaster. It was gonna be a General Lee car like the Dukes of Hazzard. We’re trying to be a fan favorite, because we’re not gonna win too much. Driver can’t drive, car don’t car, can’t drive for the foot. So instead, what can you put together? We are going to be the fan favorite car.”
