The Stinger's adviser is Mr. Matt Collier. This is his 23nd year of teaching. He spent 20 of those years in North Carolina teaching English, Leadership Skills, Creative Writing, Photography and Journalism, as well as coaching basketball and soccer. In 2016 Collier and his wife, Lisa, started their own professional photography business, Captured By Collier. This is Collier's third year at Buford High School. He is excited to expand into more media arts with his students. When he isn't at Buford, you can find Collier spending time with his family, fishing and being outdoors.
