Makaylah Oakley is a senior at BHS. This is Makaylah’s third year on The Stinger staff. She first joined to learn how to take photos, but found a love for filming and editing packages. She has enjoyed journalism the past two years and is glad to continue her journey through the world of journalism. When she isn’t editing, you can find her in the choir room, where she enjoys singing with all of the choirs she’s in. She also loves to bake, listen to music, and indulge in basically every musical ever. Makaylah is very excited for another year of growing in the journalism universe.
Tabytha Thompson is a senior at BHS. This is her third year on The Stinger staff and she is beyond excited. She heard about the Journalism class her freshman year and immediately knew she would take the first opportunity to join. She joined Journalism because she wishes to pursue it as a career in the future after college. In addition to being a part of The Stinger staff, Tabytha is also a proud member of Student Council, National Beta Club, BHS Chamber Choir, the theatre program, the color guard team, and the track team. She also loves singing, thrifting, and sleeping.
